(2) Eligibility for Refund :
★ Wrong product delivered.

★ Product damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

(3) Exceptions to Refund :
★ Seasonal/festival-based special products (e.g. Eid, Puja, Holy, Mela).

★ Quality issues, damage, or wrong product must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with photo/video evidence.

(5) Proof for Refund :
★ Order ID, payment receipt, photo/video evidence of the issue, along with detailed description.

★ Without proper evidence, the refund process will not be initiated.

(6) Non-Perishable Products :
★ Long-term packaged products, groceries, fashion, handicrafts can be returned/refunded/replaced within 2–3 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

★ Proof of purchase and order details must be provided.

(7) Medicines :
★ As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, medicines are non-returnable. Exceptions apply if the product is wrong, expired, or damaged during delivery.

★ Complaints must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

(8) Replacement Option :
★ Where possible, a replacement will be offered instead of a refund, with customer consent.

(9) Rental & Service Booking :
★ For taxi, car, cab, courier, parcel, home services, rentals, bookings — cancellations made 4 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.

★ Cancellations within 2 hours will get a 50% refund.

★ Urgent or emergency bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

★ Completed services are non-refundable unless service failure is properly proven.

(10) Delivery Attempt & Absence :
★ If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, re-delivery charges will apply.

★ No refund for perishable goods spoiled due to customer absence.

(11) Refund Process :
★ Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of receiving the delivery/service.

★ Upon approval, the refund will be completed within 7–10 working days.

★ The company is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

(12) Fraud & Abuse Prevention :
★ If false or repeated unreasonable claims are proven, the customer may be blocked or refunds suspended.
